ANNUAL DINNER & AWARD CEREMONY – SATURDAY 17th May 2014
Loughborough Town Hockey Club is to hold its Annual Dinner & Awards Ceremony on Saturday 17th May 2014.This year the Dinner is again being held at the Radmoor Centre (LE11 3BT), part of Loughborough College, on Epinal Way in central Loughborough.
The evening’s activities will commence with pre-Dinner drinks (pay bar) in the bar at
7.00 p.m. with Dinner served at 7.30 p.m. An interesting menu has been put together, the price of which is £25 per head and which this year includes a post dinner disco. Dress code is smart informal. Club ties are strongly recommended and can be purchased from John Harrison for £10.
As in previous years, partners and guests are warmly invited.
A reply form is attached with menu. I should be grateful if you would return to me via email or post (or to Team Captains), whether or not you are attending, with cash/cheque made payable to Loughborough Town Hockey Club, or you can pay directly into the club account referencing name + dinner (Acc No 00140298, Sort Code 30-95-21).
Your reply would be appreciated as soon as possible, but in any event by Friday 2nd May 2014 at the latest in order that we can notify the caterers of numbers and our menu requirements. We have 85 seats so places will be allocated on a first come first served basis so return your forms early to avoid disappointment.
As in previous years, a raffle will be held on the night and donated prizes would be most welcome.
