Undergraduate students are eligible for membership after achieving the following national requirements: a) declared social work major; b) at least sophomore status; c) completed 9 credits of required social work courses; d) overall GPA of 3.0; and e) GPA of 3.25 in required social work courses.

Graduate students are eligible for membership after achieving the following national requirements: a) completed one term of course work with 9 credits of required social work courses; and b) GPA of 3.5 or higher. Any MSW student is a lifetime member if inducted as a BSW student.
