TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. A signed registration and FULL payment are required for services to begin. Payment is NON-refundable. You may also contact (02) 902 0948 or text 0917-8937121
  1. You are not allowed to give the payment directly with the tutor assigned to you. If you need to adjust the schedule, you have to inform the office.
  1. SMART Tutee is committed to providing exceptional service. If you are unsatisfied with the services of the tutor assigned to you, please contact us immediately and advise us of the problem. We will make every effort to resolve the issue.
  1. The payment for monthly is PER HOUR basis. If the tutor extended for another hour it will be counted as another session. For the annual package, the tutor can extend up to 30 minutes daily if needed and automatic one hour extension during the exam week without charges.
  1. Payment for the annual package is FIXED. We do not have sessions during holidays and cancellation of classes; however you may arrange with the tutor for make-up classes during weekends and his/her vacant schedule. We will finish the tutorial sessions until the end of the schoolyear.
  1. If payment will be monthly after consuming the total number of sessions, the assigned tutor can be assigned to another tutee. You will wait for an available tutor before we proceed to another tutoring cycle.
