Q22, If Development is permitted in line with Lockleaze Neighbourhood Plan. Lockleaze will be entitle to 25% of funds from CIL (Community Infrastructure Levy) this money can only be spent on infrastructure that the community approves, i.e. refurbishing the Cameron Centre, and Building the New Stoke park Visitor Centre, road improvements, improving green spaces, and play facilities etc. It cannot be spent on salaries. This fund should to be spent inside the Red Plan Boundary area as detail on pages 5 and 12.
