29TH MARIONVILLE APPLEFEST
BOOTH GUIDELINES & REGULATIONS
SEPTEMBER 15th and 16th
All craft vendors must participate in the jurying process to be considered for a booth space atApplefest. The jury committee will be appointed by the Marionville Applefest Association.
Any craft vendor seeking a booth in Applefest must submit the attached application together with a booth rental fee. Booths are $45 for non-food and $55.00 for food. Spaces are

10' x 10’.Booth rental fee is not refundable in the event that a vendor or vendor's merchandise is excluded or rejected from Applefest after the festival has begun due to misrepresentation of the craft by the vendor or because the craft does not meet the guidelines.
Those wishing to retain the same booth space or spaces they had at the prior years festival must submit their renewal fee by 5:00p.m. Saturday.(There is no guarantee of the prior year location due to early bird registrations received at the 2016 festival.)
Marionville Applefest is now a two-day festival and to attract good crowds we are asking that vendors have their booths ready to open by 12:00p.m. Friday and 9:00a.m. Saturday.
No vendor will be permitted to exceed their assigned 10' x 10' space. If a vendor uses anything that exceeds the allowed 10'x 10' space, the vendor must rent an
additional booth space. No vendor may block any sidewalk or designated walkway.
No campers, trailers, cars, bicycles, or other vehicles will be allowed on the square or any designated festival areas during the day. All vehicles must be off the square and all designated festival areas by 11:00 a.m. on Friday and 8:00 a.m. on Saturday.
Booths are to be set up anytime after 5:00p.m. Thursday and be done by 11:00am Friday. Take down of booths can be between 7:00pm Saturday and anytime Sunday.

The submission of this application to the Applefest Association Committee, acknowledges the undersigned received, read, and fully understands all of the guidelines and regulations of the Marionville Applefest Association Committee. I understand that submission of this application with the required fees does NOT guarantee my admission to the festival as a vendor. Fees will only be refunded in the event that, prior to the festival,the committee decides not to allow a vendor because of duplicate vendors or inappropriate merchandise.
