5 - CANCELLATION POLICIES
ALL CANCELLATIONS must be sent in writing to EtixTravel
REGISTRATION, GALA DINNER and CITY TOUR CANCELLATIONS made;
Until March 31st, 2015: the total amount will be refunded with a deduction of %10 of total amount for administrative charges.
After 1 April 2015: the total amount will be forfeited and no refund will be possible.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION CANCELATION made;
Until March 31st, 2015: the total amount will be refunded with a deduction of %10 of total amount for administrative charges.
Between April 1st – 10 May 15: 1 night no show will be applied.
After May 10th: the total amount will be forfeited and no refund will be possible.
