REGISTRATION

Registration fees for Delegates include: access to the scientific sessions; access to the exhibition area; book of the conference abstracts; certificate of attendance; conference lunches and coffee/tea breaks.

Registration fees for Accompanying Persons include: conference lunches and coffee/tea breaks; access to the exhibition area.

Administrative costs are not refundable. For cancellations received after March 31, 2002 registration fees will not be refunded.

HOTEL RESERVATION

Deadline: February 22, 2002. After this deadline no guarantee can be given that your request will be fulfilled.

Hotel Reservation should be made through us in order to get special rates. Please note that the Conference is being held in a high season period and hotel accommodation at that time is limited.

Conference Hotels. Various accommodations are available: Single Room: this type of room is intended for single occupancy; Double Single Use: single occupancy, two single beds or one Queen size bed; Double Room: double occupancy, typically with a Queen size bed.

Rooms will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis; please note that availability of single rooms is limited (either in four or three star hotels).
