Theme and Topics

Justify the suitability of the theme for a journal special issue, especially the timeliness and maturity of the subject area for journal publications, and the importance and relevance to the theme of the journal
Consolidation of Submissions
Give a plan on how submissions to the special issue will be consolidated, such as whether an open call-for-papers to be published, when and where; whether potential authors will be approached personally and how.
If the submissions will be based on a conference, workshop or the results of a project, please also indicate the source of the submissions.
Review of the Papers
Describe the plan on how the review process will be organised. Please indicate whether the journal’s standard of review protocol and quality standard will be followed.
