Scarlett Fever

Please be aware we have a confirmed case of Scarlett Fever.

Class Names

Following the School Council request for suggestions at the end of the last term, classes will now have the following names

Class 1 Birch

Class 2 Willow

Class 3 Beech

Class 4 Oak

Reception 2018 Open Afternoon

We will be holding an open afternoon on Thursday 19th October 1pm to 2.30pm for parents of children starting school in September 2018.

Class 3 trip 7/9/17

Unfortunately, we have quite a few outstanding payments for the Class 3trip that took place yesterday, if you haven’t paid for the trip please do. May we please remind you if payments are not forthcoming this may jeopardise future school trips being able to take place.If you are unable to afford the full amount requested for trips, please pay what you can afford. Thank you.

Clubs

Monday -Sewing Club - Years 5 & 6 3.05pm to 4.30pm £6 for the term, starting on Monday 11th September.

Monday - MSP – Key stage 2, sports club 3.15pm to 4.15pm, £3 per week, starting on Monday 11th

Thursday – Badminton Years 5 & 6 3.05pm to 4.05pm, starting on Thursday 14th September.

Thursday – Knitting & crochet Years 4 to 6, 3.05pm to 4.05pm, starting on Thursday 14th September.

Thursday – The Creation Station art club will be starting again from Thursday 14th September, look out for the flyers in children’s book bags.

There will be clubs available to Reception and Key Stage 1 at lunch times which will be starting in a couple of weeks.

Scholastic Book Fair

The Scholastic book fair will be open between 3-4 pm from Tuesday 10th October until Thursday 12th October. The book fair will also be open during parent’s evenings. School receives a percentage of all books sold. This is normally used to purchase more reading resources for school.
