  • Nature Reserves & Wilderness Areas are conservation areas protected by environmental legislation (and in some cases International Environmental Laws). This has bearing on the type of activities that may or may not be allowed and this can vary from Nature Reserve to Nature Reserve AND in some cases various areas inside a Nature Reserve. In cases where extensive site manipulation (Set Construction / Art Dpt dressing), CapeNature reserves the right to request an Environmental Impact Assessment by an independent environmental consultant and a payment of a refundable deposit to ensure rehabilition after filming has been completed.
