The level coordinators will register for their respective tournaments, get payment from Dion, and book hotel rooms. Each team is provided $650.00 by the association for away tournaments. The level coordinators will register and book rooms for both tournaments selected, but only make payment for the earliest tournament. This will assure that the teams are completely ready for that first tournament. The teams are responsible for any remaining costs to the association paid tournament and the full amount for the second tournament.

Dry Land Organization

Player Development discussed the Dry land Program, and found that we made a good step forward last season. We will keep the program in the fall coach’s clinic and put more emphasis on coaches working the program.

Fall Coaches Clinic and Meeting

The Fall Coaches Clinic and Meeting will be Saturday October 3rd, in Richmond. We will again have both on and off ice activities, followed by a meeting at Rich Springs Golf Course. There was discussion about having a 9 Hole scramble also that day, followed by the Coaches Meeting. We’d like to bring in a guest speaker for the meeting. Some names that where suggested are Doug Schuler - St.Johns or Bob Motzko – S.C.S.U.

Meeting6:00-8:00

Tryout Procedure:

The revised tryout procedure use examined and changes where made. Henry and Cory were going the make the changes to the procedure and present at the next Board Meeting. Once the procedures are completed and pasted by the Board, it will be entered into the Association Handbook.
