Families can donate Agaves, Herbs, other succulants. Hanging pots, tinned herbs and succulents.
FRAN TAYLOR will set up stall. Signage will be provided.
One person will be required to work on this stall per hour.
Books:
Who doesn’t love rummaging through books?
We have asked for book donations from Finbarr’s Families.
Books will need to be sorted ie) kids, adults, fiction, non-fiction 50 Shades of Grey trilogy beforehand.
Last year, we sorted the books a week or so before with the vintage clothing donations.
Ask at least two parents from your Class to help sort books prior to the Fair, especially if there are some people who cannot make the Fair, this is a really valuable contribution.

Chocolate Wheel
A Chocolate prize wheel has nothing to do with chocolate! It’s a game of chance with many winners. When the wheel is spun, the number they land on dictates their winnings.
We have many prizes on the wheel including 2 x Blues Fest 3 day passes, BBQ, massage, restaurant vouchers, Christmas hams, champagne, 12 x Rounds of Golf,
Buyers get a numbered ticket and when all the tickets are sold for each spin, the Chocolate wheel is spun and the person with the corresponding numbered ticket wins a prize.
There will be $2 rounds (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th prize)
$5 rounds (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th prize)
$10 rounds (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th prize)
$20 GOLD ROUND. Punters buy a ‘square’ numbered 1 to 60 and pay $20. This year they will be in the running to win 2 x 5 day passes to the 25 year Anniversary BluesFest. Odds are great, only 60 tickets sold.

- Set up prizes
- Entice customers to play! Sell tickets
- Hand out prizes to winners
- Pack up and keep an inventory of left over stock
