952. EPF/0757/12: 17/19 Sun Street, Waltham Abbey:

Conversion of upper floors into 3 flats, 2 x 2 bed, 1 x 1 bed including alterations to the existing rear ground floor storage area to provide access to the upper floor flats.

RECOMMEND: No Objection.

953. EPF/0759/12: 17/19 Sun Street, Waltham Abbey:

Grade II Listed Building application for the conversion of upper floors into 3 flats, 2 x 2 bed, 1 x 1 bed including alterations to the existing rear ground floor storage area to provide access to the upper floor flats.

RECOMMEND: No Objection.

OBSERVATION: Providing this meets with the Conservation Officer’s agreement.

954. EPF/0772/12: Lidl, Cartersfield Road, Waltham Abbey:

Variation of condition 7 ‘Delivery Times’ on EPF/1305/08, to allow deliveries to be made Monday to Saturdays 24 Hours and from 07:00 to 20:00 on Sunday and Bank Holidays. (Demolition of existing buildings and erection of new ‘Lidl’ food store and construction of five start-up industrial units- Revised application).

RECOMMEND: Objection.

OBSERVATION: The unsociable hours would have an adverse effect on the amenity of neighbouring properties.

955. EPF/0796/12: Cityline Construction Ltd, 28 Sun Street, Waltham Abbey:

Minor material amendment application to planning permission EPF/1403/10. (Extension of time limit on EPF/1108/07 for the demolition of single storey offices, conversion of existing offices to residential and new construction of offices and residential apartment to the rear of the site 6 residential units). Amendments to include additional dormer windows to the east elevation, removal of the undercroft parking, use of this area as an A2 unit, and alteration to the proposed shop fronts.

RECOMMEND: No Objection.

956. EPF/0821/12: Woodview Cottage, Pynest Green Lane, Waltham Abbey:

Replacement of existing dwelling. (Revised application).

RECOMMEND: No Objection.

OBSERVATION: Concerns were expressed regarding the removal of the garage from the plans, therefore we would like assurance that there will be sufficient off-road parking.

957. EPF/0822/12: 39 Cobbinsend Road, Waltham Abbey:

Proposed extension and garage.

RECOMMEND: No Objection.

958. EPF/0072/12: 1 Park Cottages, Pynest Green Lane, Waltham Abbey:

Detached double garage to front of property.

Letter received from EFDC advising that an appeal has been made against the Council’s decision to refuse planning permission.

That this be noted.

959. EPF/2447/11: Land Rear of 54 Sun Street, Waltham Abbey:

Outline application for the erection of a new block containing two retail units at ground floor with four flats at first and second floor, to the rear of No. 54 Sun Street.

Letter received from EFDC advising that an appeal has been made against the Council’s decision to refuse planning permission.
