Activity Booking Form 2017
Group name / Date of visitPlanning your Activity Programme
Our staff and instructors are committed to helping you achieve the best from your visit here. To help us tailor your activity programme to meet your needs please consider the following:
· Because your safety is of paramount concern to us we have a strict ratio of 10 participants per instructor, plus one adult leader aged 18 years or over. Stringent safety regulations and guidelines from the relevant national governing bodies regulate the activities we offer. You can download a copy of our Risk Management Summary, which covers all our activities, from our website.
· For groups which have special needs or behavioural issues, or which may need more individual attention, the number of participants in the group may be reduced and the number of leaders increased, so that we can provide the best possible session for your group.
· If you want to book several sessions of a particular activity, the sessions may need to take place at different times – we cannot always run multiple sessions of the same activity at the same time.
· For residential visits between Easter and the end of October there is an activity surcharge if you choose not to have activities. Please refer to our Booking Information 2017.
Please complete and return a signed copy of your activity booking form at least 3 months before your visit. You can return a scanned copy by email or an original by post. Upon receipt we will invoice you for the deposit of £65 per group per session, which must be paid within 14 days. Payment of the final balance due must be made at least one calendar month before the date of your visit.
Please note that you are entering into a contract in sending us a completed booking form and that the following terms and conditions apply. Receipt of your booking form constitutes confirmation of your booking. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the deposit payment or final balance is not received when due.
I have read the Centre’s Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them.
