will meet in a meeting on June 28, 2011, at (City Hall) 2191 East 6550 South, Uintah at 7:00 p.m.

3.  Discussion/Action on Kennel/Hobby Kennel CUP for Rich and Stephanie Hall, located at 2155 E. 6550 S., Uintah. CUP-2011-0154 for three dogs.

4.  Discussion/Action on a Home Occupation Use Permit for Bob and Debbie Minster, located at 1476 E. 6650 S., Uintah; CUP-2005-043 for Intermountain Turf Specialists - Business name change to Minister Concrete and Design.

5.  Discussion/Action on a Home Occupation Use Permit for Ken and Janae Taylor, located at 6696 S. 1750 E., Uintah; CUP-2005-043 for Carlos Taylor & Son - Business name change to Taylor Outdoor Maintenance.

6.  Discussion/Action on a Site Plan for Jeff Sagers, located at 6640 S Hwy 89., Uintah; CUP-2010-0145 for Natural Rock Design.

7.  Discussion/Action on a Conditional Use Permit for Commercial for Jeff Sagers, located at 6640 S Hwy 89., Uintah; CUP-2010-0145 for Natural Rock Design - approval of 2 portable storage containers.

8.  Discussion/Action on a new Planning Commission Chair and Vice-Planning Commission Chair - presenter Sue Bybee.
