Plan for Inservice, February 15 & 16

Logistics:

The sessions listed below will be provided district-wide by VTC. Principals are also encouraged to hold concurrent sessions at the building level to further meet the specific needs of their teachers. CO staff are available to help, depending upon need.

The sessions listed below are marked “Mandatory,” and “Optional.” Teachers should attend all of the mandatory sessions pertinent to their teaching assignment, and also have time to devote to their Project Umiaq Units.

Principals are encouraged to work with individual staff members to determine which sessions each teacher will attend.

Evidence:

Building administrators will be expected to provide evidence of teacher engagement in support of strategic plan goals to the superintendent. Teachers will be given an opportunity to provide reflective feedback through the use of an online survey.
