President Mark Belk called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

MINUTES

Regular board minutes of March 17, 2015were approved as submitted.

RECOGNITIONS

State Representative Dan Sullivan presented an Arkansas flag to Emilee Doggett in appreciation for her service as a page in his Little Rock office. Emilee, in turn, presented the flag to Mr. Dunivan for the Nettleton School District.

Nettleton High School and Jr. High EAST students were recognized for their Superior ranking at the National EAST Conference.

MOTION:Ted Rook, to approve the financial report as recommended by Carroll Thetford.

REIMBURSEMENT RESOLUTION

MOTION:Ted Rook, to approve the Reimbursement Resolution to advance funds up to $120,000 from postdated warrants for the purchase of a school bus and renovations and construction to the district’s football field.

Director of Facilities – from 1.20 index to 1.23 index
