This contract may be further expanded to include any item normally stocked by the contractor, so long as the price of such additional items is based on the same cost/profit formula as the listed items.
All orders are limited to $10,000.00 each. The City of Seattle will not authorize payment for any order exceeding that amount without prior approval by the Buyer, Rocky Brannan, on 206-684-0222.
During the term of this contract either party may propose changes, provided thirty (30) days advanced written notice is furnished.
Western Utilities will be allowed to increase prices for PVC pipe no more than 3% as prices are increased by the manufacturer. The increase may be approximately every 90 days. In addition, Western Utilities will be required to provide the City with notification/documentation of each increase for review and approval to purchase.
