Physiotherapy and Pilates Evolved Terms and Conditions

Private Pilates, Equipment or Postural Assessment Sessions
· All fees are payable in advance or at the time of the session.
· Clients are required to give 24 hours notice of change or cancellation of booked session otherwise the client will be charged for the missed session.
· Private sessions for two people are $80.00. If one person cannot attend the session, it is at the discretion of the two clients to either cancel the session 24 hours in advance or pay $40.00 each for the session regardless of attendance. The client attending can also choose to pay the full $80.00 for a private session.
· Sessions are not transferable to other clients, friends or family.
· In the event that we cancel a session that you have booked, we will contact you by e-mail and telephone and you will be credited for the value of the class if it has been paid in advance.
· Physiotherapy and Pilates Evolved will ensure that all our clients are notified in person, by email or phone, regarding any changes in terms and conditions or pricing.
Group Equipment Based Classes
· Studio equipment 10 class packages are $270.00 and are valid for 3-months from purchase. By purchasing a Studio 10 class you are receiving a 10% discount per session. Unused sessions are not refundable or transferable to other clients, friends or family.
· Non package, group equipment classes are payable in advance or at the time of the session at $30.00 per session.

Group Mat Classes
· To secure a position in the Power Pilates classes, $5.00 must be paid in advance. Please be aware Power Pilates classes are popular and paying in advance to secure your spot is highly recommended. Sessions are not transferable to other clients, friends or family.
· Mat Class 6 Week Packages are $60.00 and are for a specific 6 week period and include 5 mat classes over a scheduled 6 week block. If you can attend all 6 classes, the 6th class is free. Unused sessions are not refundable or transferable to other clients, friends or family. Please note that positions in these classes are limited and have regular waiting lists.

Please note: Our classes have limited positions and regular waiting list. No refund or make up sessions will be given for sessions purchased in a period and not used during the timeframe.
