6th, 7th and 8th grade students will continue volleyball unit. Students will be divided into teams and play a round robin tournament. Offensive and defensive strategies will be discussed and put into play. Individual attention will be given to students who need help with skills needed to play the game. A short video on team play and positions will be shown before beginning play.

The 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students will continue the volleyball unit. Students will continue to apply and improve techniques needed for play. Students will continue to develop and understand strategies needed for play. Round robin play again today.

Wednesday, April 6, 2011

The 6th,7th and 8th grade students will have a practical living lesson on what impacts consumer decisions and strategies used by advertisers.

Thursday, April 7, 2011

The 6th, 7th and 8th grade students will continue playing volleyball. Strategies will be discussed and implemented. Fair play and sportsmanship will be emphasized. Continue round robin play.

Friday, April 8, 2011

The 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students will have a multiple choice test on volleyball rules and procedures.

**Differentiation will be used as necessary. Options might include an extra hit per team(4 instead of 3), extra attempt at serving the ball over the net or using the trainer ball.
