Technician Certification – Medication Reconciliation - BPMH

Written Test

Time Allowed: 50 minutes.

The following written test is a required component of the certification process for technicians in order to participate in Medication Reconciliation. You must obtain 80% or higher (25 marks or higher) to pass the Certification Process. This test is out of a total of 31 marks.

This test consists of 20 questions and 4 pages, including this title page. Please check that you have all 4 pages and write your name on top of each page.

For multiple choice/true-false questions, please circle the correct response. Each multiple choice/true-false question is worth one mark. There is only one best answer and marks are not subtracted for incorrect answers.
