Attorney – Register with the state – Stephanie update – done and good for one year until next May
HOA neighborhood board meeting – any updates (include in next meeting – Doug to update)
Architectural Control Committee Report
1389 Tenderfoot Drive - Hank to contact Bill
1589 Quartz Mountain - Holly & Ann were in attendance to discuss revision to the fence. 1589 fence was built without any board approval. We are discussing with the GC and homeowner how to rectify the situationIt was recommended that the fence be stained. Doug to contact Jason and associate to iron out miscommunication that appears to have occurred.

1826 Tenderfoot Drive – trailer – was to be gone – pending.
8375 Homestake Road - new residence. Waiting on plans to evaluate.
Dead Trees by School – trees being worked on with chipping.
New Business
1154 Tenderfoot - The Hintons were in attendance and would like to install a fence to contain 2 large dogs- ACC to meet and will respond directly back to the Hinton’s within 2 weeks
Fall chipping & BBQ – agreed to post information in the September PPE Sentinel.
Rules & Regulations feedback prior to posting. Discussed and document will be scanned, signed and posted on the HOA site.
Slash on roads – timeline discussion – new rules to be put in place effective 2016. To be rolled out during annual meeting, Sentinel, chipping letter, etc. The board will arrange for pick up and appropriate billing for any slash present at the road further out than 30 days prior to chipping.
ACC to develop and implement a site visit form to be completed during visit and signed by both home owners and ACC members present at meeting.
