[1] Focus groups were held with: judges, ADAs, Tribal judges, Tribal CW staff, youth in care, CASAs, county multidisciplinary team members, recruitment and retention team members, Therapeutic Foster Care agency representatives, foster parents, CW specialists, adoptive parents, Post Adjudicatory Review Board stakeholders, group home stakeholders, and Therapeutic Foster Care agencies.
[2] Survey participants included: youth, parents, placement providers, staff, judges, district attorneys, CASAs, foster parents, Tribal representatives, court clerks, private attorneys, and primary care physicians.
[3] Interviews/Feedback may include, but is not limited to: individual and group interviews; youth exit interviews; feedback from child welfare staff; and feedback from stakeholders. External stakeholder interviews include interviews with Tribes, judges, district attorneys, private attorneys, service providers, foster parent groups, and youth groups.
