3Introduction

This document summarizes the significant deltas (differences) in functionalities from PeopleSoft Enterprise HRMS 8.3 to PeopleSoft Enterprise HRMS 9.0.The training manual could be used as an easy reference index and to quickly differentiate between various release of PeopleSoft HRMS.

Each section of this training manual has a comprehensive table which encapsulates the Enhancement name or name of functionality, then in which PeopleSoft HRMS version it is introduced or whether the particular module is improved in an underlying release.

The description column in each table provided you a short and crisp description of the PeopleSoft HR module.

This training manual does not cover Global payroll for different countries and country extension enhancements for other HR functionalities.
