Marketing Information Sheets
This portion of the Contract Manual presents the Marketing Information Sheets for all the firms that have been contracted under Contract Form PASSHE-PROF-2005
These sheets are presented so that the 42 contracted firms are not attempting to market the Universities by mail, e-mail, phone, or inperson. Firms have been strongly encouraged to utilize this published format for marketing their services. No firms have been encouraged to market the Universities individually.
Universities may request to interview any of the contracted firms for their purposes of getting to know the firms and understanding their abilities and services.
In the development of the Marketing Information Sheets, the same basic information was requested from all firms and required to be submitted electronically on an MS Word compatible file so that all sheets could be maintained and distributed in one MS Word document.
Firms for Categories of Services A, B, and C, were permitted to submit one doubled sided page.
Firms for Category of Service D were permitted to submit an additional single sided page to explain the specialty for which they have been contracted.
Exceptions for additional space were permitted as necessary and useful.
This was a very successful format, as all firms were able to include logos, photos, and other formatting, and all sheets were included in one document.
In reviewing these sheets, the reviewer should concentrate on content and not on presentation. Allsheets were slightly reformatted so as to be included into the one MS Word document and to add additional clarity of presentation.
The Marketing Information Sheets are provided in the following order:
- Professional Firms for Categories of Service A, B, and/or C (presented alphabetically)
- Professional Firms for Category of Service C (presented alphabetically)
- Professional Firms for Category of Service D (listed under each specialty)

Category Of Service D – Specialties. For firms that are contracted for specialty services, there is an additional page provided for a description of the specialty. If Universities want additional information, they may contact the specialty firms. If the Universities or the Construction Support Office see the need for a live, System-wide presentation concerning certain specialty services, CSO will arrange such presentation at one of the semi-annual meetings with the Universities.
