All members are required to purchase certain personal items for public performances. Unless indicated as “optional,” if you do not already own an item, you must purchase it. Please fill out the form below with accurate sizes and enclose a check payable to “Penncrest Band.”You must provide sizes where indicated.If taken care of, most of these items will last you all four years in the band program. Order deadline is July 1 – after that you will be removed from the roster. Plan to bring this form and your check to our first rehearsal in June. To help with our records, please return this form whether or not you are ordering anything.

Instrumentalists much purchase: band gloves, jock jams, white tux shirt, red t-shirt, marching shoe.
Guard must purchase: red t-shirt, marching shoe, guard gloves, long sleeve top.
Guard members who are also in concert band or wind ensemble must also purchase the tux shirt.
Jackets and sweatshirts are optional to purchase.

All wind players are expected to provide their own lyre and flip folder. They are available at most music stores. If you use a school instrument, we can supply a lyre for you.
Your payment represents your ONE YEAR commitment to the program and is due July 1.
Once we receive your order, we will create a spot for you in the show that cannot be removed and cannot be filled by anyone else. If you leave the program, you will not receive any refund.
All equipment will be issued during Band Camp. Check or money order is preferred, and is made payable to “Penncrest Band.” Bring this form in an envelope with your name on the front to the June rehearsal. Any questions, please call Mrs. Cotton at 610-565-5987.
