The Kids Teaching Kids program is a unique program that aims to bring about a positive change in the way we relate to and use our natural resources. The program links young people to their community and local experts in their region with the Kids Teaching Kids program culminating in the presentation of student led environmental workshops. Last year over 15,000 students from around Australia accepted the challenge taking part in Kids Teaching Kids workshops. In 2010 the program was awarded the esteemed Banksia Environmental People’s Choice Award.
