Meeting Minutes for December 2, 2014
7:10 p.m. Penfield High School
Attendees: Greg Geesler, Jenny Argentieri, Anthony Argentieri, Alicia Lugo, Stephanie Moore, Lori McCandless, Dave McCandless, Karen Smith, Allison Guage, Diane Tresh, DonnaJo Clarke
Officers for the Coming Year: Officers for the coming year are as follows-
Co-Presidents-Lori McCandless and Alison Guage, Secretary-Alicia Lugo, DL-Juan Lugo, Webmaster-Stephanie Moore, Treasurer-DonnaJo Clarke
Budget Wish List and Review: Greg Geesler is planning upon ordering new jerseys in grey, no names on the back. Some of the old jerseys are ripped. The new jerseys are more durable than the old jerseys. We are still waiting for bids on the jersey order.
Wish list includes the juggs machine (approximately $3,000), field pads (approximately $500), and pop up bags. The global booster club will be replacing the water machine. Dave McCandless asked if he could look into a pep band for the football games. He will speak with Mr. Doy.
Karen reviewed budget. Finances were compiled for 7/14-6/15. Projected cash on hand is $13,382.22. There are still outstanding items.
Other Items-The Varsity Football Team did not receive letters, a pin, or a certificate. Greg Geesler will email Jodie about the certificates and Alison Guage will look into how to get the letters and pins.
Global Booster Club: Penfieldathlitics.com is the newest website. It is supposed to be up and running. The new trainer is making an individualized program available for each player. Global will pay for 1 more year of Huddle.
Spirit Wear: Holiday order is placed. The selection was not as varied as we would have wished, but the time limit was the issue. Alicia Lugo will contact Tom Reidman to find out about the revenue that we will get from this order.
Casino Night: We decided to continue at Penfield Country Club because it is more cost effective. All donations are to be mailed to Alison Guage.
