PLEASE NOTE –Legal assistance will be available to help attendees create a Psychiatric Advance Directive but ADVANCED REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. All those who will meet with an attorney to write a PAD, are asked to attend the workshop, “Making a Plan for Your Future Mental Health Care” at 1 p.m. on Monday.
