28.1To consider points raised in letter received from grass-cutting contractor.

28.2To note new address for PCVS.

28.3To circulate Clerks & Councils Direct, May issue.

29.Planning:

29.1To note approval given to application 17/00789/CTR to fell conifer at 14 St Pegas Road.

29.2To consider planning application 17/01107/CTR for works to various trees at Ivy House, Bull Lane.

29.3To consider planning application 17/00426/FUL for demolition of existing dwelling & construction of new dwelling & associated works at 27 Foxcovert Road.

29.4To agree a policy in relation to the Parish Council engaging in early discussions on development projects.

30.Finance:

30.1To note the submission of the Annual Return and the publication of documents relating to the Transparency Code on the village web-site.

30.2To note budget review to 31st May 2107.

30.3To agree contribution to be made to St Pega’s Parochial Church Council for maintenance of the churchyard.

30.4To approve payment to Mr R Harding for grass-cutting for April and May.

30.5To approve reimbursement to Mrs A Hankins in the sum of £8.97 for paper.

31.To receive update from Cllr Clark in relation to the display board for the Village Green.

32.To receive a report from Cllr Prior in relation to the archaeological finds from the Village Green and to consider a request for further test pits.

33.Defibrillator – to note current position in relation to possible grant funding.

34.Speeding – to receive update from Cllr Wright in relation to Speed Watch and to note any progress made in relation to submission of speed data from the VAS to the City Council. To note any response from Westcotec in relation to updating of existing signs.

35.Millennium Copse – to note the log left on site and to confirm the number of new trees required.

36.To receive an update from the Neighbourhood Plan Project Team.

37.To receive an update from the Northern Footpath Forum.

38.To consider and approve policy for Grievance and Disciplinary Procedures.

39.To note position from Cllr Crowson in relation to applications to the City Council for designation of community assets.

40.To receive Councillors reports.

40.To note the date of the next meeting–19thJune.
