·  Any accidents must be reported to a committee member immediately and an accident report form will be completed.

·  Please follow instructions given by committee members. Remember that our committee are volunteers who work very hard and give their time to allow these events to run. Be polite and courteous at all times.

·  Do not go onto the livery yard or wander around the facilities, stay within the areas that are available for Peak Pony Club to use.

·  When the ponies are loaded back onto the wagons, please keep the children out of the wagons, e.g. during lunch. This way the children are safe and the ponies get some peace and quiet too.

·  Do not skip your trailer or wagon out on to the field.

·  Haynets must not be tied on the outside of your trailer or wagon.

·  Strictly no dogs allowed, even on the lead.
