This zip file contains the Software that will be used to upgrade the PDW product.

Refer to the Service Manual as to how to download software packages as well as the PDF file contained in the download zipped folder.

Fixes and addresses the following issues:

(1) Remedial Measure for the Trouble That LCD Adjustment Cannot Be Made by the SERVICE

Menu (Bugs in the versions from V1.40 to V1.46)

The respective setup values of the color LCD system that are adjusted by the SERVICE Menu

LCD ADJUST page 1 and LCD ADJUST page 2 are not used and the default setup data in the

factory are used when the power is turned OFF and then back ON. To correct this trouble, the

VDR side firmware package is upgraded to version 1.48.

(2) Remedial Measure for Picture Jump during Rec Review (Bugs in V1.45 and V1.46)

During Rec Review, the trouble that playback picture partly jumps because the data exceeding

capacity of the advance reading memory is expanded in the advance reading memory, even

though this trouble occurs rarely.

(3) Remedial Measure for Trouble That Playback Freezes When LENS RET Is Pressed for Long

Time (in Rec Review) (Bugs in V1.45 and V1.46)

When the LENS RET button is pressed for long time to enter the REV SEARCH state, and

finger is removed from the button, the trouble that playback picture freezes even though this

trouble occurs rarely. This bug is corrected from this version.

(4) Remedial Measure for Trouble That Past Playback Pictures Are Displayed When LENS RET

Is Pressed for Long Time (in Rec Review) (Bugs in V1.45 and V1.46)

The trouble is reported that the reverse-side data cannot be read during the Rec Review. If the

LENS RET button is pressed while the above trouble is being occurred, the past pictures are

displayed. This bug is corrected from this version.

(5) Remedial Measure for Trouble That Playback Cannot Be Made Across the Sub Clips during

the Clip List Playback (Bugs in V1.45 and V1.46)

Trouble is reported that the last frame picture of the Sub Clip that has been played back

immediately before is kept displayed, and playback does not advance to the next Sub Clip,

during playback of the Clip List including multiple Sub Clips that are created under specific

conditions. This bug is corrected from this version.

Note: V1.47 has not been shipped from the factory.
