Important Note:

• The special rate is available for PATA delegates to book within 11May 2017 and booking ONLY with this Hotel Booking Form. PATA is unable to guarantee the above rate and available room for late reservation.
• Credit card guarantee is required upon room reservation.
• Credit card guarantee or cash deposit is required upon check-in for hotel incidental charges.
• Full payment upon check-out through credit card or cash.
• Reservations without advance deposits can be subject to automatic cancellation without notice.

1)All changes and cancellations must be sent in writing direct to the hotel.

2）Hotel reserves the right to charge one night to the credit card provided for cancellation notice less than 72 hours prior to the arrival date.

3）Whole booking period will be charged for cancellation notice less than 24 hours prior to the arrival date or no-show.

4）Check-in time is 14.00 hrs. If rooms are requested prior to check-in time; early arrivals will be accommodated and subject to room availability.

5）Check-out time is 12.00 hrs. (noon). Should the check-out time be requested to 18.00 hrs. a half-day charge at 50% of the above offered room rate will be applied. Full rate will be applied for late check-out after 18.00 hrs.
