What experience have you had that will help you in this role? (e.g. any participation training)?

Where possible, please give examples of your experience for each point. E.g. ‘I was a member of my local children in care council for 5 years. I used my organisational skills to efficiently help to run campaigns and coordinate events. I was a hardworking and dedicated member of the team, which contributed to the success of the campaigns and events.’

These examples can be about any of your experiences - in school, voluntary work and paid employment, as well as anything else you think relevant.

Why do you think is it important to listen to people in care?

What do you hope to get out of this opportunity?

The four answers should be no longer than two pages long in total. Please note that we are not assessing how well you can write – we just want to know about your experience and your passion for the role – so please don’t worry too much about your writing.
