The U3A Warrani Chorale, a group of senior women who enjoy singing in four part harmony with a variety of songs from ballads to light classical, are presenting a concert of well known songs from the musicals on 18th June, 10.30am at Weston Creek Uniting Church.See flyer here.

Invitation to Geoff's Commissioning
The commissioning of Geoff Wellington as Presbytery Minister (Mission and Education) will take place at Yarralumla Uniting Church, Denman St, Yarralumla 7.30 pm on Friday 2nd May. There will be a meal (finger food) from 6.30pm - so come and meet Geoff and Meryl and join in this occasion.

The Next Presbytery meeting will be held at Canberra City Uniting ChurchinNorthbourne Avenue (parking will be available in the underground carpark off Rudd St). Please note the new starting time of 9.30 am. There will also be aNOTICE BOARD. Please bring alongyour notices in written formand pin them up for all to read. The theme of the meeting is Property - its place in relation to mission and ministry and presenters include Niall Reid from NSW.ACT Synod, Aimee Kent (Grace, Goulburn - no property) Rachel Kronenberg (South Woden -rents property) Mark Faulkner (Gungahlin - newest property).The Presbytery five year plan will also be considered. Everyone is warmlyinvited to come along tothese morning sessions. The formal business follows lunch.
