Never place hot items in the cabinet.

Food must be pre-chilled before placing in the refrigerator as the unit is only for holding food that isalready chilled.

Shelf Height Adjustment

Each shelf can be adjusted to one of three heights, to suit your displayed product height. It is recommended that two people carry out the procedure because the glass shelves are heavy. If the unit has a front cover; carefully hinge this forward until retained by the wires. Lift out the shelves. Undo the four black headed screws that attach the shelf support to the vertical frame. Lift or lower the bracket to the desired height and replace the screws ensuring they are tight. Replace the shelf(s) (and front cover).

Condensate Tray

This is fitted with electric element and is designed to run continuously to ensure the condensate water is evaporated. This means that the condensate tray is live even though the green illuminated switch is off. This is indicated by the green neon being illuminated permanently. The appliance MUST NOT be isolated at night, as this would cause the tray to overflow. To allow work on the condensate tray, the unit must be fully isolated.
