Our wireless sensor devices enable on-demand lighting control which optimizes energy consumption and maintenance. We help to improve security and safety levels of public spaces, petrol stations, ports, railway stations, airports and more. Our intelligent lighting solution is the backbone for SmartCity and IOT solutions.
We are currently looking for an experienced partner manager who understands our technology and is able to consult, design and develop innovative solutions with our customers. As a Partner Manager at Tvilight you will be the consultant for our business partners and their end customers.
The job will require you to travel frequently and no two days will be the same. You are part of Tvilight’s commercial team, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, realize and maintain relationships and revenue by selling and coaching Tvilight’s products “to”, ‘through”, and “with” partners within specified territory and or assigned accounts.
- Establish relationship with key levels within a reseller organization to promote Tvilight’s intelligent Lighting solutions suite of products and services as an integral part of the resellers offering and annual plan
- Qualify, establish and maintain Tvilight value propositions to targeted partners in specified territory
- Market current programs and develop strategic plans with select system integrators and outdoor lighting companies to further penetrate current markets, identify new markets and promote the complete Tvilight solution
- Develop and manage funnel management by identifying, tracking and facilitating closure of key opportunities in collaboration with partners.
- Manage key relationships key accounts such as municipalities.
- Execute and contribute to the development of partner sales programs
- Educate and train system integrators and outdoor lighting companies around the world.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Profile:
- You have a Bachelors or Master degree, preferably in a technical or commercial field;
- At least 3-5 years of experience in partner/channel sales – preferably in an international environment and in the lighting or software industry.
- Excellent language skills in English and Dutch, Spanish would be considered a major plus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- You are a communicative team player with international scope;
- You are commercial, analytical, creative and solution-oriented;
- You are proactive, energetic and conceptual with a hands-on mindset;
- International travel is a requirement for this function.
