Welcome
Buses will drop you at the bus zone near the white house. Please make your way down to the Meeting Point (see map) for a brief welcome at 10.00am sharp.
Uniform
All students will need to be in school P.E uniform. It is compulsory that students wear shin pads for soccer. Football boots are also advised for football and soccer but are not compulsory. Mouthguards are recommended but not compulsory. Netball teams will require their own bibs and appropriate footwear. Coaches note - no heels permitted in the College Gym.

Recess will need to be eaten in conjunction with rest/bye times between games. Coaches/supervisors please remind your teams to eat recess throughout the day.
Lunch
A BBQ lunchand drinkwill be provided for all competitors, coaches, supervisors etc. This will consist of 1 sausage and water cordial to drink (Bring drink bottle to fill up with water cordial). The BBQ will commence at 12.40pm for teams who finish with a BYE and go until 2.00pm.Please move to the BBQ location at the end of your last match. Players should be encouraged to bring plenty of their own food and drinks as the sausage & drink at the end of the matches will not be sufficient food/drink for the whole day.
Parents and Friends- Coffee Van
Parents and friends are warmly invited to come and support their schools on the day. You will find the Bean Grinder Coffee Van at the BBQ site if you wish to purchase a drink or two throughout the day.
Parking
There are a variety of areas for parents to park, please see map.
Matches – times and team numbers
Please ensure each game begins on time so that the day doesn’t run overtime. Matches may be shortened if games commence late. It may be okay for teams to have larger than recommended numbers (e.g. more than 15 players for football as long as both coaches agree).
First Aid
Each school will need to bring their own first aid kits on the day. Dominic College is equipped with ice packs, epipen and asthma first aid. Schools are responsible for their own first aid kits for each team.
Toilets
Toilets are located close to both the fields and netball courts. Please see the map. Please be courteous when moving in these areas as Dominic classes will be working in class at this time.
Supervision – It is each individual school’s responsibility to supervise their students! Each team MUST be accompanied by an adult supervisor and be up to date on the Risk Management handed out to each school! Supervisors are reminded to be with their team at all times and be wary of the creek and road areas at the College.
