Starting Salary: Grade 5– Scp 23-25 per annum pro rata – £12351.54 -£13096.97 per annum

Hours: 21 hours and 15 minutes per week: 4.25 hours a day Monday – Friday, 8.45 am - 1.00pm

Term Time + INSET days + 1 week in the holidays

St John’s is a vibrant and happy expanding primary school with a distinctive Christian ethos and good public transport links. The Governing Body is seeking to appoint a permanent key member of staff to provide effective communication and administration support to the school community.

Key areas of the job are:

·  processing admission applications – we are significantly oversubscribed

·  organising residential visits

·  processing DBS applications

·  producing newsletters and helping with marketing

·  helping colleagues with general administration, including correspondence for the governing body

·  organising volunteers

·  monitoring & updating school policies

·  reviewing and updating the school website

·  providing support with basic finance
