  6. obtain the latest information from relevant web sites.

  1. Assign students to complete Activity 25.1.
  2. With reference to the Activity together with Figs. 25.1-25.2, discuss with students the attraction of Thailand to Hong Kong travellers.
  3. Then ask students to do Activity 25.2.
  4. Based upon the Activity together with Figs. 25.6-25.7, guide students to learn the benefits brought by tourism to Thailand and the views of those people who support tourism.
  5. Similarly, based upon the Activity together with Figs. 25.8-25.12, discuss with students the harms brought by tourism to Thailand and the views of those who do not support tourism.
  6. Finally, assign students to do Activity 25.3.
  7. Based upon the Activity, guide students to learn the meaning of ‘Green’ trip so as to reduce the harmful impact of tourism on Thailand or on other travelling destinations.
