Directions: Use the Center TRT website () to answer the questions below. Please navigate to the “Find Strategies” page on the website to begin. From the “Find Strategies” page, if you click on the “Individually-Tailored Health Behavior Change Programs to Increase Physical Activity” strategy, Center TRT provides an overview of the strategy. It also provides a link to TRT Reviewed Interventions related to this strategy. Click on this TRT Reviewed Interventions link and you will find two reviewed interventions, New Leaf and Weight-Wise. Please select one and answer the following questions.
