PAROISSE DE ST. HELIER
PARISH ASSEMBLY
An Assembly of the Principals and Electors of the Parish of St. Helier will be held at the Town Hall on Monday 23 February 2015 at 7.30pm.
Parishioners are asked to take into consideration and, if deemed advisable:
1. Approve the minutes of the Parish Assemblies held on 13 January and 19 January 2015*
2. to elect a Constable’s Officer for the Vingtaine du Mont Cochon;
3. In conformity with Article 5 of the Loi (1914) sur la Voirie, to elect one Inspector of Roads for the Vingtaine du Rouge Bouillon
4. In conformity with Article 5 of the Loi (1914) sur la Voirie, to elect one Inspector of Roads for the Vingtaine du Mont a L’Abbe
5. In conformity with Article 5 of the Loi (1914) sur la Voirie, to elect two Inspectors of Roads for the Vingtaine du Mont Cochon
6. To recommend to the Licensing Bench an application by S & F Limited, holder of a First Category licence for the Mitre Hotel & Blue Note Bar to further extend the licence during the approved hours to an area of the adjoining public road/pavement on the Broad Street side of the premises for which the applicant will hold a Choses Publiques Permit.
7. to recommend to the Licensing Bench the following applications for licences for the year 2015 in virtue of the Licensing (Jersey) Law 1974:
