Print patterns from own chosen materials e.g.: tyres, chains, corks, twigs, fruit, vegetables, etc. Vary the colour of the paper used. Create a vehicle using a variety of printing techniques for wheels, sides, etc
Make a whole class work by combining individual ideas to completely fill a large piece of paper or fabric. The Naughty Bus / Combine Art & DT -
Design and make own super hero / Sculpture / Clay
Making hollow forms by pinching and shaping clay. AVOID MAKING JOINS. Eg: Make a dinosour egg or dinosaur sculpture

Change a plain piece of fabric or paper by making rubbings to transfer interesting surface textures using soft oil pastels or fabric crayons (put plastic packaging, trainers, Lego etc.under the paper/fabric). Completely fill the fabric allowing no space. Paint over the rubbings using a colour wash – Brusho. or watery paint
