Paralegal and law student volunteers will primarily be helping to draft court documents for clients participating in the Record Sealing and Expungement Clinic, the Caregiver Clinic, and the Cortez Family Law Clinic. When a case comes in, volunteers will be able to decide if they are able to take a case at the time. They will then be provided with the client information, the JDFs that need to be completed, the client checklist to be completed, and the deadline to complete the forms.
