OLD BUSINESS:
*Carolyn report on Insurance work…
Roofing repairs/Ceiling tiles…complete paid in full cost club the $500 deductible
*Environmental School-Jean--February 24-27th, need cookies/cakes…encouraged to attend for the week or for the day
*Community Foundation Grant –Sandy…reported results of renovation needs by contractor David Dill, $52,000 include eaves replacement and painted, windows sealed,caulked, painted and screen repair, new back door, handicap ramp increased, center toilet extended to be ADA size, 8 windows on second story replaced, hot water tank in basement to serve all faucets, new blinds on all windows inside, refinishing floors in great hall…grant sent, awaiting results
National Historical Grants/other grants-will be worked as needed

Teri Sheehy will take over RENTALS in May…Ann will maintain web site and rental calendar and assist with rentals
