The Palo Alto Community Fund grows, sustains, and uses its endowment and other donated funds to support the work of new and existing nonprofit organizations serving the greater Palo Alto area.

10 Books A Home: Child-Parent Home Tutoring program providing private tutoring, parent-child interaction modeling, and book donations.

Art of Yoga: Yoga and creative arts curriculum for youth in the juvenile justice system.
Avenidas: Door-to-door transportation services for Palo Altans who are no longer able to drive or take public transportation.
Beyond Barriers Athletic Foundation: Swim lesson scholarships at the Belle Haven pool.
Bring Me A Book: Take Home Books family literacy program and First Teacher’s literacy training programs.
Building Futures Now: Five-week summer program strengthening academic knowledge, study skills and interpersonal skills for 4th-8th grade students.
Caminar: Jobs Plus program providing vocational services to clients with severe mental illness.
Canopy: Healthy Trees, Healthy Kids! Initiative to engage kids and families in revitalizing East Palo Alto schoolyards through tree plantings.
Community Legal Services of East Palo Alto): Housing clinics and legal services for low-income tenants at risk of losing their homes.
Dreamcatchers: After school academic tutoring program for low-income PAUSD middle school students.
East Palo Alto Charter School: Science education academic program.
East Palo Alto Kids Foundation: Education Micro Grant program providing grants to educators in the Ravenswood School District to promote educational achievement for students in the classroom.
East Palo Alto Tennis & Tutoring (EPATT): STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) summer program for K-5 students.
East Palo Alto Youth Court: Alternative to Suspension restorative justice program for youth offenders.
Edgewood Center for Children and Families: Kinship Support Network providing critical services to families in which children are being raised by a relative caregiver.
Environmental Volunteers: Science education academic program at Costano Elementary School.
FLY (Fresh Lifelines for Youth: Legal Eagle program providing Legal Education and Leadership Training to youth.
Hidden Villa: Summer camp scholarships.
InnVision Shelter Network:Haven Family House program, providing transitional housing and comprehensive support services to families in need of housing & Opportunity Services Center providing critical services for homeless residents.
JobTrain:General operating expenses providing support of vocational training, academics, and life skills development, for local student.
KARA:Wrap-around grief services for individuals and communities.
KIDPOWER: ‘People Safety’ and Social-Emotional development training and Coaching for children, their families and teachers.
Mural Music & Arts Project: “Voices of East Palo Alto” project to install murals and implement youth-driven arts programming to promote peace and unity.
New Creations Home Ministries: Holistic Residential Care facility support that provides housing to low-income minority teen mothers and their children.
Palo Alto Art Center: Cultural Kaleidoscope program, building bridges between diverse communities by partnering elementary school classrooms to work with a resident artist on collaborative art projects.
Palo Alto Housing Corp: Stepping Stones to Success program providing out-of-school academic support and skill-building opportunities to low-income Palo Alto youth.
Parca: Page Mill Court apartment complex program, providing on-site supervision, independent living skills training, and social and recreational activities to residents.
Peninsula HealthCare Connection: Street outreach and navigation services to potential patients who are disconnected from medical services.
Ravenswood Family Health Center: Ravenswood Early Childhood Caries Prevention Project, providing high quality dental treatment and oral health promotion for young children.
Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center: Entrepreneurship training program, providing business training, technical assistance and business networking to low-income business owners.

Teen Success: Support groups for teen mothers in East Palo Alto.
