Paid Student opportunity

Role Title / Event Illustrator
Summary / On Wednesday 8th March, the University’s Department for Social Responsibility is hosting a workshop for staff and students to discuss what they’d like the University to look like by the year 2040.
We’d like a student who is a proficient illustrator to join us on the day, listen to what staff and students are saying, and illustrate their thoughts and ideas onto a sketchpad. All of the illustrations you make will go together to create a vision of what the University will look like by 2040.
You will be confident to move around a room of people, listening in to what they are saying, and translating their ideas to paper in your own style of drawing.
At the end of the event, we will then display your illustrations so the attendees can see the vision you have created from their ideas.
Please see our Flickr page for photographs from last year’s event which will give you an idea of how the room was set up.
After the event, we will scan you designs and use them as images on our digital platforms and printed publications.
