Directions: This is the challenge information sheet you will be completing throughout unit 7. One copy of this for your group is due with your project on the last day of the unit. The project will be taken for a test grade.

Big Idea: How do we improve our learning environment?

Essential Question: What is the design for the perfect student desk?

Your CHALLENGE:

  1. Design what you believe to be the perfect desk. You must show all dimensions for the volume and surface area of your desk. All measurements should be done in square centimeters.

The desk must be the correct size to fit in our classroom[JAB1]( ______) with enough room for 30 of your desks.
