SUBJECT: IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE 2015-2016 SCHOOL YEAR

Listed below are the dates and times for payment of fees for student iPad, locker, parking permit(s), & to pickup students schedule:

August 4th 12th Grade 7:30 a.m. – 9 a.m. August 4th 11th Grade 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

August 4th 10th Grade 10:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. August 4th 9th Grade 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.

August 4th 8th Grade 2:30 p.m. – 4 p.m.

August 3rd 7th Grade 6 p.m. - Orientation

Listed below is the date and time for iPad Pickup(with receipts)

August 10th 11th & 12th Grade 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.

August 10th 9th & 10th Grade 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

August 10th 7th & 8th Grade 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

In order for a student to receive his/her class schedule early, he/she must have cleared all fees from the previous year and must have purchased his/her locker and iPad usage fee for the 2015-16 year. Fees for this school year are: $50 for iPad, $10 for locker rental and $15 for parking permit. Yearbooks can be purchased during the school year beginning in September.

PARKING PERMITS

1.  Each student must submit a valid driver’s license, tag number, and proof of insurance.

2.  Decals must be displayed on passenger side front windshield. No student will be allowed to park at Jacksonville High School without a permit and all items listed above.

Campus parking will be strictly monitored. Jacksonville High School assumes no responsibility for the safety and security of any vehicle on campus. All administrative costs are necessary to ensure an orderly and well-maintained environment.

A counselor and administrator must approve any schedule changes August 17th through August 21st. Any non-essential schedule change when approved by administration outside the approved dates of August 17th through August 21st, will be assessed a $5.00 administrative cost. Lost schedules may be replaced with a $5.00 replacement cost.
