This project will supply diesel engine for big and medium sized excavator, bulldozer, and loader. In the first phrase, this project will invest USD214million and covers an area of 66,600 square meters. Afer full operation, it will make 100,000 engines per year, offer jobs for 5000 people. Its output will reach USD857million, and the surplus and tax will be USD28.5 million respectively.

Taking developing key parts as primary task, aiming to put forward industrial growth, promote products, meet variant needs of machinery maker so as to substitute imported parts and realize win- win and joint progress between machinery maker and supplier, Jining hi-tech zone seizes market and lose no time to work on high-end hydraulic pump and motor. This project will oriented towards two aspects， one is to promote self-innovation and competitiveness to meet the continuous needs of machinery maker. The second one is to promote productivity, accelerate development, and strengthen ability so as to ward off exterior competition and changeable market.
Taking the strategy of “marketization, professionalization, capitalization, internationalization, industrialization”, this project, based on the existent hydraulics enterprise, will integrate productive resources, optimize related productivity, improve industrial chain, and relieve competitiveness, and meanwhile, it will integrate international technological resources, strengthen technological development, narrow the technological gap between domestic and foreign corresponding industry to build an enterprise, which enjoy world fame and will transfer from monotonous manufacturer to technological maker with technology as key competiveness, an enterprise, which boasts of high end supplier for best hydraulic pump and motor.

With an area of 66,600 square meters, the project will make 60,000 hydraulic pumps per year in the first phrase with a sale income of USD143 million. In the future, it will also product hydraulic motor and control valve to promote its supply ability. It aims to reach an annual output value of USD143 million with surplus and tax USD14.3million respectively in the coming three years.

Ⅲ. Project Content
1. Excavator and Rotary Drilling Rig Project. To build the manufacture base of excavator, rotary drilling rig and key components within the jurisdiction, the project’s total investment is USD 700 million, covers an area of 33 hectares, with an annual output of 10,000 excavators, 1,000rotary drilling rigs and 200,000 sets of oil cylinders, the total output value isaround USD 1.6 billion.
2. Crawler Belt Project. At present, Shantui Crawler Belt is the best domestic brand in the market, the technological and quality level of the other manufacturers cannot meet the needs to supporting the main enginemanufacturers, in the meantime, crawler belt is wearing parts, so the industry has a great demands and market space, this stage is the best time to enter the industry. The planning production program of this project is 60,000 pieces, with a total investment of USD 71 million; it can achieve an output value ofUSD 142 million. The project covers an area of 13 hectares; the total investment of the first phase is USD 7 million.
3. Forging project. Mainly forging engineering machinery parts, to provide blank for the track, wheels, work equipment and other key parts of the construction machinery. The planning production program is 500,000 pieces, with a total investment of USD 28 million; it can achieve an output value of USD 42 million. The project covers an area of 6.6 hectares; the total investment of the first phase is USD 20 million.
4. High pressure tubing project. The project is mainly matching for excavators, bulldozers, loaders and other hosts and cylinders. The planning production program is 200,000 pieces, with a total investment of USD 14 million; it can achieve an output value of USD 21 million. The project covers an area of 2 hectares, with an investment of USD 1.4 million in the first phase.
5. Slewing bearing project. Mainly supporting excavators, cranes, tower cranes, graders, piling machinery, concrete pump and other construction machinery, port machinery, it can also be used in the new fields of wind power equipment, solar power generation equipment etc. The planning production program is 50,000 pieces, with a total investment ofUSD 42 million; it can achieve an output value of USD 57 million. The project covers an area of 6.6 hectares, with an investment of USD 3.5 million in the first phase.

The project bounded Deyuan road to the west, 327 State road to the north, Mencius avenue to the south. With a planning land use of 100 hectares, which the first phase was 33 hectares.
The first 10 to 15 enterprises in the parkwill achieve annual sales of USD 110 million, in the next few years the park will strengthen the supporting capacity to the host enterprises such as Caterpillar (Xuzhou), Xugong, Futian Heavy Industry, and other enterprises. By the year of 2017, all the enterprises’ annual sales will reach USD 210 million.
Within the next five years, a large professional supporting industrial park covers 100 hectares will be built, the production value of the park will break through USD 1.4 billion.

Sole proprietorship, leasing plant or purchase of land is all acceptable.
